Job summary

Aedas is seeking an experienced Architect to lead and refine design development from concept through construction documentation in a large-scale hotel and mixed-use environment. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 8+ years’ experience, and strong skills in BIM (Revit), Bluebeam and the Adobe Creative Suite. BOA registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• 8+ years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation.
• Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes.
• Registered with BOA preferred. GMAP/GMAAP and UD Assessor are advantageous.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation.
• Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes.
• Registered with BOA preferred.
• Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage.
