Job summary

Aedas develops and refines design and documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver project components with growing autonomy and accountability. Based in Singapore, the role involves developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs and managing architectural drawings and revisions.

The candidate will participate in meetings and site visits, conduct compliance checks, and support project leaders with change documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation.
• Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements & Attributes

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).

• Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage.
