Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business in the shipping, maritime, and offshore sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with shipowners and operators, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver proposals.

The role demands a strong network in the maritime industry, strategic planning capabilities, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in shipping/marine/offshore sectors.
Strong understanding of vessel operations, ship management, projects, construction, repairs or ship agency.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within shipping, maritime and offshore sectors.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals with engineering/technical teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs for expansion.
Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines and reports for senior management.
