Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in maritime sector.
• Strong understanding of maritime ecosystem including shipowners, vessel operators, ports, and industry stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in B2B marketing, industry events, digital campaigns, content development, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at maritime, shipping, marine, and related B2B audiences.
• Turn commercial and marketing objectives into clear campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage campaigns from planning through execution, follow-up, and performance review.
• Create marketing content, sales collateral, and communications for shipowners, operators, maritime service providers, and industry partners.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives across maritime industry segments.
• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop new marketing initiatives through maritime events, trade shows, industry partnerships, digital channels, and sector-specific platforms.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support maritime customer communications and commercial activities.
• Coordinate external agencies, designers, content partners, and vendors to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, and ROI.
