Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, BI, data science, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead analytics teams and deliver impactful initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership.
• PhD/Master/Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related discipline.
