Job summary

Trust is rewriting the customer experience in Singapore with advanced analytics and machine learning. A Senior Data Scientist is sought to design, deploy, and monitor predictive models that enhance cross-sell, upsell, and customer engagement across banking products.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into measurable revenue impact, using SageMaker Pipelines and GenAI tools to automate and scale analytics across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on data science with business analytics focus in banking/finance or consumer platforms.
• Proven track record building production-grade predictive models (propensity, recommendation, segmentation, LTV).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced ML models for cross-sell, upsell, deep-sell, and look-alike use cases to maximise CLV and revenue per customer.
• Develop customer segmentation, propensity scoring, next-best-action, and recommendation engines for personalised engagement.
• Automate end-to-end model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) using AWS SageMaker Pipelines and MLOps.
• Leverage LLMs and AWS Bedrock for insight generation, automated commentary, and AI-assisted analytics workflows.
• Translate model outputs into actionable business recommendations for product managers, marketing leads, and senior leadership.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and champion-challenger frameworks to measure model impact on KPIs.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure robust feature pipelines and data quality.
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model development and reproducibility.
