Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Central is seeking a Finance professional to support consumer banking group finance with performance analysis, governance and process excellence. You will manage end-to-end month-end close, prepare dashboards and management reports, and enhance decision support across portfolios such as Cards, Payments and Unsecured Loans.

The role emphasizes automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes, improve data quality, and strengthen governance.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance with relevant experience in business finance and governance within financial services.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Experience or interest in applying automation, analytics and AI tools to finance processes.
Ability to redesign processes, evaluate solutions and drive sustainable adoption.

Responsibilities

Provide Business Finance support for assigned portfolios (e.g., Cards, Payments, Unsecured Loans).
Own the end-to-end month-end close process with accurate entries, reconciliations and reports.
Prepare and enhance dashboards, KPI reporting and management reviews to improve decision support.
Support financial planning, forecasting and ad hoc management reviews.
Drive governance, risk and control activities with timely closure of actions.
Partner with Finance, Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Audit to deliver timely outcomes.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and transform finance processes using data and AI.
Design and implement scalable process improvements to boost data quality and productivity.
