Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a Data Analytics Support Specialist to drive data-driven insights and support marketing analytics across the Consumer Banking division. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that impact business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in data analytics, knowledge of banking and marketing analytics tools (SAS, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with campaign management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Understanding of banking, insurance and financial services preferred.
• Exposure to database, analytics or campaign management functions.
• Experience with SAS / Python and leading databases and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support The Deployment Of World-class Marketing Analytics Capabilities And Practices To Improve Marketing Effectiveness.
• Apply data and analytics to drive relevance of marketing opportunities to customers & front-line channels.
• Develop predictive models, campaign reporting, and key customer metrics.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to support acquisition, cross-sell and activation goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data pipelines and with data scientists on predictive engines.
