Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to support Consumer Banking Group Finance across performance, governance and operational excellence, with opportunities to work with data, automation and AI-enabled tools.

You will own the end-to-end month-end close, prepare dashboards and KPI reporting, assist in financial planning and forecasting, and partner with Finance, Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Audit to deliver timely, well-controlled insights that drive business

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business with relevant financial experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide business finance support for assigned portfolios (Cards/Payments/Loans).
Own month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting.
Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to improve decision making.
Support planning, forecasting and ad hoc reviews.
Drive governance, control activities and remediation tracking.
Collaborate with Finance, Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Audit.
Identify opportunities to automate finance processes using data and AI.
Design scalable process improvements with data quality and productivity gains.
