HTX is seeking a strategic Head of Product to lead the Agentic Coding Platform, guiding the product vision for over 500 developers and driving enterprise-wide deployment. You will shape the AI-first transformation, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee the complete lifecycle from concept to rollout.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on AI product experience, and a track record of delivering developer-focused solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record shipping B2B/internal developer products.
Hands-on AI-powered product experience, including LLMs.
Strong vendor partnership and technology negotiation skills.
Experience launching developer products in enterprise/government settings.
Deep understanding of modern software workflows: GitOps, CI/CD, containers.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision for HTX's Agentic Coding Platform.
Lead strategy and governance with senior stakeholders.
Own vendor relationships with AI technology partners.
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap execution.
Lead user research across diverse technical teams to validate PM decisions.
Direct cross-functional squads and align security and platform teams.
