As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Enterprise Analytics, you will serve as a core member of the global data leadership team, defining and executing an enterprise-wide BI and analytics strategy to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across reporting, KPI governance, and self-service analytics while partnering closely with executive stakeholders across commercial, product, technology, finance, and supply chain functions to accelerate growth through data, advanced analytics, and AI.
Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year BI operating model and roadmap that advances analytics maturity, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled insights across the enterprise.
Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using data storytelling and evidence-based recommendations to influence strategic decisions.
People Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of BI and analytics professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability.
Governance & Reporting: Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting standards to ensure delivery of trusted, timely insights.
AI & Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions into core business workflows.
Transformation & Change: Lead organizational change initiatives that drive adoption of data-driven ways of working, process simplification, and automation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale analytics functions.
Leadership Capability: Demonstrated success building, inspiring, and developing multidisciplinary analytics teams in global environments.
Executive Presence: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and advise C-suite and executive leaders.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise BI architecture, KPI governance, self-service analytics capabilities, and data quality standards.
AI Familiarity: Practical experience or strong familiarity leveraging AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI capabilities to enhance business performance is highly desirable.
