Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a senior data analytics leader to develop and own the Risk and Audit data analytics strategy. You will source and manage data products and tools to meet current and long-term team needs, while supporting risk managers with advanced analytics.

The role requires 10–12 years of hands-on analytics experience, strong storytelling with data, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10–12 years of hands-on data analytics and visualization experience.
• Strong partnering with business functions in a large matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the risk and audit data analytics strategy and implementation.
• Source, implement and maintain data products and tools for the team.
• Support risk managers with analytics to identify, assess and monitor risks.
• Provide data analytics for integrated audits and project-based work.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for ongoing risk and controls monitoring.
• Assist ad-hoc investigations and post-mortem reviews when needed.
• Upskill the team through internal trainings and advisory.
