Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a senior professional to strengthen data foundations for AI innovation across Singapore's financial sector. You will develop data partnerships, shape data infrastructure strategies and governance, and build strategic collaborations with banks, insurers, FinTechs and public-sector partners to enable responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development within financial services, technology or public sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, data governance, data-sharing models and AI in financial services.
• Experience developing strategies, frameworks or initiatives involving data, digital infrastructure or industry-wide collaboration.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to engage C-suite executives.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to deliver meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategy formulation: Develop strategies for data partnerships, data infrastructure and industry data initiatives.
• Policy design and governance: Shape policies for secure data sharing and align with data governance and responsible AI use.
• Stakeholder engagement: Work with banks, insurers, FinTechs, and technology leaders to drive collaboration on data sharing and AI use cases.
• Project management: Manage timelines of high-impact use cases and measure impact on industry innovation and consumer benefit.
