Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking an experienced technology strategy and architecture professional to shape the long-term AI-enabled technology agenda for Singapore's financial sector. You will work with banks, tech firms, academia and public-sector partners to define priorities and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture or related fields in financial services or public sector.
• Strong understanding of AI, data and digital technologies and their implications for finance.
• Ability to translate technical developments into industry strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for senior management.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across industry and government.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: assess AI, data, and digital infra technologies and their impact on finance.
• Future-State Architecture: develop roadmaps and reference architectures for future capabilities.
• Industry Standards & Interoperability: advance digital identity, data exchange and trusted AI adoption.
• Industry Engagement: collaborate with banks, tech firms, researchers and public-sector agencies.
• Strategic Advisory: provide input to policy and national AI initiatives.
