Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a senior strategy and partnerships professional to strengthen Singapore's financial AI ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building cross‑sector collaborations with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, academia and public-sector partners, and shaping initiatives that enable responsible AI adoption in financial services.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development within financial services, technology or public sector.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, industry developments and emerging AI business models, with the ability to assess their implications for financial services.
• Strong awareness of opportunities and challenges relating to AI adoption, including issues relating to governance, safety, trust and deployment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple competing priorities and responding with agility to changing stakeholder needs and market developments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders ranging from technical experts to C-suite executives.
• Strong writing skills, with experience preparing policy papers and presentations.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Development: Develop strategies that strengthen Singapore's financial AI ecosystem and support AI innovation in financial services.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, academia, technology providers and public-sector agencies.
• Industry Engagement: Engage ecosystem participants to identify opportunities and drive collective action on AI adoption.
• Programme Management and Execution: Drive initiatives from concept to implementation with stakeholders.
