Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites a strategic leader to strengthen data foundations for AI in financial services. You will build partnerships, shape governance and design policies that enable secure data sharing among banks, insurers, FinTechs and tech firms.

The role requires coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering tangible industry impact while aligning with public-sector objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, consulting or business development in financial services, tech or public sector.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategy into outcomes.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, governance, sharing models and AI implications.
• Experience building data, digital infrastructure or cross-industry collaboration strategies.
• Strong writing skills for policy papers and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop data partnership strategies for AI innovation in financial services.
• Shape data governance policies and secure data sharing across institutions.
