Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a high-pressure kitchen, preferably prata.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and cooking of crispy prata to perfection.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock levels.
• Ensure efficient food production while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate timely service with front-of-house team.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of all food, including during peak hours.
