Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Indian kitchen.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of South and North Indian dishes.
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Prepare authentic South Indian and North Indian dishes, and Malay cuisine.
• Manage stock of spices, groceries, fresh and frozen meats.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety per SFA standards.
• Take over ad-hoc duties during manpower shortages.
• Work on Sundays and public holidays.
• Monitor ingredients replenishment and equipment maintenance.
