Cantera Collective Group is seeking a Head Chef in Singapore to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily operations. You will drive menu development, ensure quality and consistency, and manage costs and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in head chef or senior kitchen leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory and kitchen operations.
• Creative, hands-on and passionate about food.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong commitment to food quality, consistency and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team.
• Develop menus, create new dishes and maintain food quality and consistency.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing and wastage control.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards are strictly maintained.
• Manage kitchen manpower, scheduling and staff training.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and business objectives.
