Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations across all meals and events.

You will oversee kitchen and service staff, develop menu rotations, manage budgets and food costs, and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards for international hotels, upscale restaurants, or institutional catering environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior chef role.
• Experience with large-scale food production and HACCP standards.
• Experience in international hotel, upscale restaurant, or institutional catering environments.
• Strong menu development and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day kitchen operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee kitchen and service staff and supervise operations.
• Develop menu rotations and uphold recipes and standards for efficiency.
• Ensure food quality, costing, safety, and hygiene in line with company requirements.
• Develop guidelines for purchasing and receiving areas and control expenses.
