Job summary

IATA, a global aviation industry body, is hiring for a senior data operations and reporting leadership role in Singapore. You will lead the Global Delivery Center's data processing, reporting, and billing operations, shaping strategies and collaborating with regional teams.

You will manage dashboards, ensure high-availability systems, and drive initiatives across BSP/CASS data flows, settlements, and NDC-related reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (≥10 years) managing systems operations and reporting in airline/aviation.
• Strong people management leading SMEs in Data Processing Center operations.
• Proven track record delivering global projects in airline distribution, settlement, and data processing.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading industry groups.
• Excellent teamwork and cross-cultural communication for international environments.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPC strategy with the GDC team and deliver the roadmap.
• Manage BSP and CASS data processing systems ensuring 99.98% on-time settlement.
• Produce dashboards and ISS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with I&D, GPOs, and regional teams on data processing.
• Develop and implement BSP/CASS operations and expand services.
• Advise on vendor contracts and service definitions for ISS reporting.
• Attend industry group meetings and influence outcomes for IATA objectives.
• Prioritize system enhancements in collaboration with I&D.
• Recruit and coach the Data Operations and Reporting team with governance focus.
• Oversee NDC operations and ensure compliance with airlines and agents.
• Ensure support for BSPLINK, CASSLINK, IBSPS, and related APIs.
• Capture and deliver sales data feeds for ISS settlement and reporting.
• Drive strategy for sales processing and data enrichment services.
