Job summary

2A ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the club's bar and beverage operations in Singapore. You will lead daily service, manage staffing, inventory, costs, and maintain premium beverage standards across outlets and events.

You will develop signature cocktails, monitor margins, mentor the Bar team, build member relationships, and ensure strict hygiene and safety. Strong leadership, beverage knowledge, and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant bar-management experience in premium hospitality.
• Strong cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.

• Monitor margins, variances and controls over premium/high-value products.
• Maintain supplier and brand-partner relationships.
• Coordinate beverage requirements for restaurants, PDRs and events.
• Maintain hygiene, workplace-safety and responsible beverage-service standards.
