Job summary

Republic of Singapore Yacht Club in Singapore seeks an experienced bar supervisor to manage duty rosters, oversee beverage service, and maintain stock integrity. You will lead bar staff to deliver professional service, conduct inventories, and ensure mise en place and equipment readiness for daily operations.

The role requires strong English, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy club environment while ensuring compliance with F&B controls and staff development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

MAIN OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare duty schedules in accordance with the business forecast to ensure operation runs smoothly.
• Supervise bar staff and ensure high standards of service of beverages. Ensure staff provide professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.
• Maintain security of operating equipment in the bar and beverage and food stocks in the bar areas.
• Perform regular inventories of beverage and operating equipment.
• Maintain and control all bar stocks and ensure effective control procedures.
• Prepare sufficient mise en place for all bar operations according to the daily business forecast.
• Assist in the training and development of bar staff to operate to the required standards of the club.
• Receive and seat members and guests.
• Provide Food and Beverage services to our members and guests.
• Preparation of table and buffet set up.
• Prepare all operating equipment, condiments, sauces, and accompaniments for service.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
