Job summary

search index pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for HDB upgrading projects in Singapore. You will plan, oversee, and coordinate construction activities from start to finish, liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in HDB projects, strong scheduling and site management knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in HDB construction projects preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling and site management.
• Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities for smooth execution.
• Monitor schedule, progress, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee all project documentation and ensure proper record management.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
• Ensure work activities comply with specifications, contract requirements and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work meets schedule and quality.
• Manage day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
