Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HDB upgrading projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth execution of all activities.

The role requires a Civil Engineering/Building/Construction Management degree and a minimum of 3 years in PM for HDB projects, with strong scheduling and site management skills, and the ability to lead multiple tasks while communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in HDB construction projects.
• Experience in planning to completion of construction projects; strong knowledge of scheduling and site management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Oversee all project documentation and record management.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
• Ensure activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Responsible for day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget requirements.
