Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in HDB construction.
• Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and site management.
• Good communication and ability to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities for smooth execution.
• Monitor schedule, progress, budget, quality and safety.
• Oversee project documentation and record management.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contracts and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to meet schedule and quality.
• Manage day-to-day project activities to achieve objectives.
• Ensure projects complete within timeline and budget.
