Job summary

Project Innovations Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced project professional to lead complex public residential projects from planning through handover. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary coordination, strict adherence to Singapore regulations and robust reporting, with a 5.5-day work week.

The ideal candidate will have a registrable degree, a track record in large-scale projects, and strong leadership and communication skills, plus relevant safety and project-management certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree registrable with BOA or PEB.
• MProjMgmt will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.
• At least 8 years of working experience in large public residential projects in Singapore is essential.
• Effective communication and leadership qualities/skills.
• Certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH; registration with SocProjMgmt is essential.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting & administration.

• Collaborate with project consultants & subject matter experts from conception through to tender, construction & completion to ensure required information is provided/ updated for a timely handover.

• Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish the project requirements and User brief, resolve issues and report progress.

• Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.

• Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of Reports.

• Oversee and manage public feedback.

• 5.5 days work week

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or equivalent that is registrable with BOA or PEB.

• Possession of an MProjMgmt will be an advantage.

• Good working knowledge of Singapore's authority requirements, procedures, codes and regulations.

• At least 8-years of working experience in large public residential projects in Singapore is essential.

• Effective communication and leadership qualities/ skills.

• Possession of certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH, etc will be an advantage. Registration with SocProjMgmt is essential.

• Hands-on working experience in project management software (MSProj, Primavera, etc) and PSSCOC is essential.
