Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination and delivery of building construction projects in Jurong, Singapore.

The role emphasizes ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality compliance for large-scale developments. Ideal candidates will have strong project planning, technical coordination and site operations skills, with preference given to those with HDB or similar residential project experience and a proven ability to

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Professional accreditation or membership beneficial.
Strong understanding of construction methods and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute construction projects to meet timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource requirements.
Monitor progress and identify critical activities requiring action.
Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with PM controls.
Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
Prepare weekly project updates for management.
