Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex HDB projects from planning through completion.

You will supervise site teams, coordinate with architects and engineers, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction management, strong cost-control skills, and a proven ability to drive timely project delivery while maintaining documentation and reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management for HDB Projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and opportunities, and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper documentation for changes in specifications, scope, and drawings.
• Address delays, site issues, and emergencies promptly.
• Monitor productivity and schedule performance, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Promote and enforce company safety standards on site.
• Manage materials, manpower, equipment, and costs to ensure efficient utilization and minimal wastage.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
