Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with HDB project experience to support planning, design coordination, construction and handover of HDB building projects.

You will collaborate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, budget and regulatory requirements. The role requires a degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, at least 4 years of PM experience on HDB

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience, with HDB project experience preferred.
• Experience in HDB building projects, including design development, construction and technical coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, design coordination and architectural detailing for implementation.
• Familiarity with authority submissions, statutory approvals and TOP/CSC processes in Singapore.
• Knowledge of local construction contracts such as SIA/REDAS will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned HDB projects from design development and planning through construction, completion and handover.
• Plan and monitor construction activities, project schedules, resources and progress against contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders on design, technical matters, construction requirements and project issues.
• Monitor project budgets, tender evaluations, variation orders and progressive payment claims.
• Coordinate authority submissions, statutory approvals and TOP / CSC applications for HDB projects.
• Support project completion activities including handover, MCST formation, project account finalisation and resolution of outstanding issues.
