Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end HDB construction and upgrading projects in Singapore.

You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards in resident-occupied environments. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in building construction, with strong leadership and coordination skills to liaise with HDB, consultants, authorities and residents.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related discipline.
Post-graduate working experience in building construction, preferably HDB projects.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
5.5 days week, Alternate Saturday.

Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover, aligning with HDB specs and drawings.
Oversee daily site operations, lead project teams, and manage subcontractors for quality and safety.
Coordinate with HDB, consultants, authorities and residents to resolve technical issues.
Monitor budgets, manage variation orders and claims, and track progress against schedules.
Enforce Workplace Safety & Health standards and implement quality controls to meet CONQUAS targets.
