Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead HDB upgrading projects in Singapore. You will plan, manage and oversee construction from start to finish, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong scheduling, site management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in HDB construction projects preferred.
• Experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling and site management.
• Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirement.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
• Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks and resolve site-related issue promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Responsible for day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget requirements.
