Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an Assistant Project Manager to support HDB projects in planning, design coordination, construction and handover.

You will work with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, budget and regulatory requirements, with hands-on involvement across design development, construction and approvals.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience, with HDB project experience preferred.
• Experience in HDB building projects, including design development, construction and technical coordination.
• Familiarity with authority submissions and TOP/CSC processes in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned HDB projects from design development through construction and handover.
• Plan and monitor construction activities, schedules, resources and progress against contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders on design, technical matters, and project issues.
• Monitor project budgets, tender evaluations, variation orders and progressive payment claims.
• Coordinate authority submissions, statutory approvals and TOP/CSC applications for HDB projects.
• Support project completion activities including handover, MCST formation and project finalisation.

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with HDB project experience to support the planning, design coordination, construction and completion of HDB building projects in Singapore.

This role will work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, quality, budget and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned HDB projects from design development and planning through construction, completion and handover
• Plan and monitor construction activities, project schedules, resources and progress against contractual requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders on design, technical matters, construction requirements and project issues
• Monitor project budgets, tender evaluations, variation orders and progressive payment claims
• Coordinate authority submissions, statutory approvals and TOP / CSC applications for HDB projects
• Support project completion activities including handover, MCST formation, project account finalisation and resolution of outstanding issues

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience , with HDB project experience preferred
• Experience in HDB building projects , including design development, construction and technical coordination
• Good knowledge of construction processes, design coordination and architectural detailing for implementation
• Familiarity with authority submissions, statutory approvals and TOP / CSC processes in Singapore
• Knowledge of local construction contracts such as SIA / REDAS will be an advantage
