Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is looking for an Operations Manager for HDB car parks in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the overall operation, management, and coordination with HDB.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least three years of experience in car park operations, along with a Class 2 or 3 driving license. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in car park operations preferred.
• Possesses a Class 2 or 3 driving license, own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the operation and management of HDB car parks.
• Manage the O&M Team.
• Point of Contact (POC) to HDB for all operations.
• Submit patrol rosters and monthly reports to HDB.
• Attend interviews related to appeals/complaints.

Job description
