Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years HR experience with hands-on ERP implementation.
• Workday HCM experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support.
• Assist with the preparation of HCM reports and analytics as required.
• Contribute to HCM process improvement initiatives and participate in other HCM projects as required.
