Job summary

DP Architects Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a contract HR Systems Associate to support the implementation of a new HRIS, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. You will manage day-to-day HCM operations and maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree in HRM, 1–2 years of HR experience with ERP exposure, plus hands-on Workday HCM when possible; strong MS Office skills, and solid

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years HR experience with hands-on ERP implementation.
• Workday HCM experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
