Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a motivated engineer to join the HBM HIG team, driving end-to-end verification, design and validation for high-bandwidth memory used in ML and AI applications.

You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality, perform data analysis and debugging, and contribute to continuous improvement while growing expertise in VLSI and JEDEC specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor process, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to Schematic, Simulation, Data Analysis, Lab Debug or Pattern Manipulation.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality teams and external customers.
• Perform Validation Work on Testmodes and Design using simulation, data analysis, and ATE/bench analysis.
• Root Cause Understanding and Resolution of Manufacturing, Test and Quality issues through hardware/software debugging.
• Promote Innovation and challenge status quo to maintain Micron's competitive edge.
• Data Analysis for Validation: use internal statistical tools for engineering data analysis and risk assessment.
• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM and create internal architecture documentation.
