Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a research-focused engineer to join the HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) team, working on end-to-end validation and integration of front-end and back-end processes.

You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality to resolve complex issues and drive optimization for AI/ML workloads. Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with up to 2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog, data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor processing, and basic device physics.
• Experience with schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging or pattern manipulation.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality, plus external customers.
• Perform Validation Work on Testmodes and Design using simulation, data analysis, and ATE/bench analysis.
• Root Cause Understanding and Resolution of Manufacturing, Test and Quality issues through hardware/software debugging and data analysis.
• Promotion of Innovation and Challenge Status Quo to improve procedures or products.
