Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end validation in a fast-paced environment.

You will own data pipelines, deliver timely reports, and ensure comprehensive coverage across validation flows while aligning hardware configurations to achieve throughput targets. You will develop test programs for Advantest and in-house ATE, perform Verilog simulations, and build automation for anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
• At least 2 years of HBM Validation experience.
• Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG.
• Strong expertise with Advantest and Teradyne.
• Verilog simulation expertise: bench architecture, stimulus, waveforms.
• Proven ability to execute validations and high-speed I/O with eye/IDD.
• Advanced scripting and data analytics; experience with Confluence/Jira and Git/Perforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Validation Run execution in a high-pressure environment.
• Own time-bound data crunching pipelines and deliver decision-ready reports.
• Ensure coverage across Validation flows and drive feedback for improvements.
• Develop and debug test programs on ATEs like Advantest and in-house ATE.
• Align hardware configs to test intent and throughput targets.
• Perform Verilog simulations to replicate platform sightings and validate hypotheses.
• Build automation scripts and dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.
