Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 3 years in semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills and technical problem solving through circuit analysis.
• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
• Willingness to work on site in Singapore with international travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans covering all product reliability aspects.
• Coordinate qualification plan with Global Quality and manage execution progress.
• Drive Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability improvements via optimized test flows and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional fab, TD, GQ teams for process conversions to improve yield and cost.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to manage risk and drive AI-driven reliability enhancements.
• Mentor engineers and develop the reliability team and project management skills.
