Job summary

Micron Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive reliability and test development for the latest HBM products, spanning DRAM and interfaces. You will lead a high-performing team, tackle intrinsic and extrinsic reliability, and work with Fab, TD, GQ to optimize yield, cost, and cycle time.

You will mentor engineers, manage cross-functional programs, and champion AI-enabled reliability workflows to maintain Micron’s competitive edge. On-site in Singapore with international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years in the semiconductor industry; product engineering experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with statistics and data analysis scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress tests, flows, and plans for product reliability.
• Collaborate with Global Quality to define qualification plans and drive issue resolution.
• Lead extrinsic and intrinsic reliability improvements and optimize manufacturing test flow.
• Provide recommendations for process conversions to improve yield and cost.
• Mentor team members and drive cross-functional collaboration across Fab, TD, GQ, and Quality.
