Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing, or reliability experience.
• Experience with reliability stress testing and qualification planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress tests, flows and plans covering product reliability aspects.
• Collaborate with Global Quality to define qualification plans and drive issue resolution.
• Reduce extrinsic and intrinsic reliability risks through optimized test flows and strategies.
• Identify root causes of failures via EFA and PFA and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to improve yield and reliability.
