Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned leader to head the Media Health team for HBM products in Singapore. You will drive a high-performing team, optimize manufacturing test flows, and partner with Fab, Design, and Quality to ensure quality, cost, cycle time and scale.

You will lead validation, yield improvements, and cost reduction efforts while steering design-for-test strategies and cross-site collaborations. On-site role with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree with 8+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong leadership and technical skills with root-cause analysis.
• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools; scripting.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to lead multi-disciplinary programs.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage across current and future HBM architectures and nodes.
• Develop and validate next-gen HBM products; ensure reliability.
• Support design validation with CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve yield and reduce test time; address DRAM/Interface/Stacked Die issues.
• Root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing test flow issues; RMA.
• Promote innovation and maintain technical edge over competitors.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster growth.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Make technical decisions on risk, prioritization and scope.
• Collaborate with Fab, Design, Technology Development, and Quality teams.
