Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to develop reliability test flows for HBM devices and stacked products, including intrinsic and extrinsic reliability assessments.

You will code tests, analyze data, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure product quality and robustness. The role requires strong Python/C++ coding skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a background in CMOS/DRAM physics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with a track record in reliability engineering or related role.
• Familiarity with statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting.
• Ability to set priorities in a fast-moving environment and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write and debug reliability test programs for HBM devices and packages, ensuring full test coverage.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve reliability test program issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes to gain a technical advantage.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Analyze engineering data for validation and risk assessment.
• Define interface hardware specs and validate new interface boards.
• Make technical risk and project prioritization decisions; mentor others and develop the team.
• Identify system and process improvements for cost reduction and quality gains.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
