Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Engineer for HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health) to advance reliability test coding for DRAM/HBM products and to drive cross‑functional qualification efforts.

You will develop and optimize test flows, perform data analysis, and solve complex reliability challenges in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelors/Masters in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, strong Python/C++, and hands-on reliability experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python and C++.
• Experience in reliability engineering.
• Familiar with CMOS technology and DRAM physics.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willing to work on-site in Singapore with travel.

Responsibilities

• Reliability test program coding: write and debug test programs for HBM device qualification and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure full test coverage.
• Root cause understanding and resolution of reliability test program issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes to gain a technical advantage.
• Collaborate across Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Data analysis for validation and risk assessment using in-house tools.
• Define interface hardware specs and validate new interface boards.
• Make technical decisions on risk and project prioritization.
• Mentor and develop others; support project management and delivery.
• Identify process improvements and promote cost reduction and quality gains.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work and share enhancements.
