Job summary

Land Transport Authority is seeking an Operations role within the Operations Management Department to oversee a small portfolio of hawker centres and ensure compliance with tenancy and service standards. You will monitor operator performance, review monthly/quarterly reports, and manage stakeholder communications with government agencies and town councils.

The role requires hands-on field work in hawker centres, strong organizational skills, and the ability to respond to incidents and service

Qualifications

• Field work and operations experience in market/hawker centre settings.
• Solid grasp of tenancy/contract management and facilities issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Leadership and teamwork with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 2-3 hawker centres managed by Operator/Managing Agent.
• Oversee and manage contracts and tenancy agreements to ensure compliance with national hawker policies.
• Monitor performance of Operator/Managing Agent and carry out audit inspections.
