Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a field inspector to conduct routine hawker centre inspections for cleanliness, maintenance and compliance. You will address stallholder feedback, monitor operations and coordinate incident reporting.

The role requires good English and Chinese communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a diploma, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating schedule. This is a 6-month contract with 42 hours per week.

Formación

• Must have a Diploma and be able to communicate in English and Chinese (dialects a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience in customer service or hawker centres is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine inspections of hawker centres for cleanliness, maintenance and compliance.
• Address stallholder feedback and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct night inspections and monitor late-night deliveries.
• Monitor operator performance and coordinate incident reporting and emergency matters.
• Handle stallholder enquiries and follow up on operational concerns.
• Prepare reports, maintain records and provide administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
