BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Centre Operational Support staff to assist OTMD with hawker centre management at Toa Payoh. You will conduct inspections, respond to stallholders, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires night shift capability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy market environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred and a proactive, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Formación

• Experience in frontline customer service or hawker centre operations is advantageous.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned hawker centres and monitor cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with hawker centre rules and regulations.
• Attend to stallholder feedback and on-ground issues, escalating to the Centre Manager as appropriate.
• Conduct night inspections to manage late-night deliveries.
• Monitor performance of Operator and carry out audit inspections on Operator’s performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
