Job summary

SABRINAGOH is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily movement, packing and stock fulfilment across stores, e-commerce and events.

The role focuses on keeping stock accurate, organising the warehouse, and coordinating with retail and online teams during campaigns and peak periods.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced SME.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification as listed; diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse ops, inventory, logistics, retail stockroom or e-commerce fulfilment is advantageous.
• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory, POS and e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check and organise incoming stock.
• Sort and arrange merchandise systematically.
• Price tag and prepare new arrivals for retail and online launches.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for store replenishment and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and stock area.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues promptly.
• Support accurate inventory records and basic stock updates in the system.
