NATRON INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Executive to join our small, friendly SME team.

You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain AP/AR, assist with P&L and balance sheet, process payroll, and help with month-end closing, GST and audits in a supportive environment. This role offers practical exposure to the full accounting cycle and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiar with AP, AR, payroll and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Handle payroll processing and related records.
• Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with GST, audit and other accounting matters when required.
• Perform other general accounting duties as assigned.
